2026 PLTW In-Person Core Training

In-person Core Training is returning to Massachusetts! There's no better way to get ready for the school year than by training in person. Get hands-on with the content and learn with other educators who are teaching the same course. Find details here, including the registration link, training schedule, and hotel room block information.

Preparing for Core Training

These supplementary events will help you feel prepared, supported, and excited for Core Training:

  • 5/28 Webinar – We introduced a key tool (the APB) you’ll use throughout the experience, shared practical tips from the MA PLTW community, and reviewed important logistics.  Access the Webinar recording and presentation here.
  • 8/4 Summer Community Day (Doherty Memorial High School, Worcester) A one-day, in-person, no-cost event designed for PLTW teachers to dive deeper into the content and core materials. Meet your peers from the MA PLTW community, get oriented to key platforms and resources like myPLTW and the APB, and spend hands-on time with student work and course materials you may not have had the chance to explore yet.
